Louise Vuono Schrage is an associate with the firm. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 18, 1970. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1995. Ms. Schrage received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Saint Mary's College in 1992 and her law degree (J.D.) from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. Ms. Schrage is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Young Lawyers' Division and the Federal Court section of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Workers' Compensation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the General Practice section of the American Bar Association and the Environmental Law sections of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Ms. Schrage's practice focuses on Acquisitions, Mergers and Sales of Business, Business and Corporate Law, Transportation Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration and Elder Law. Ms. Schrage is admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all intermediate Pennsylvania courts.
