William A. Gray is a Member of the firm. He was born in DuBois, Pennsylvania on March 8, 1946. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1973.

Mr. Gray received his undergraduate degree (A.B.) from Grove City College in 1968 and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh in 1973.

Mr. Gray is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Administrative Law, Labor and Employment Law and Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law sections of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Gray is also a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association, Association of Transportation Practitioners and T&TA of Pittsburgh, Inc.

Mr. Gray's practice focuses on Transportation Law, Labor and Employment Law, Business and Corporate Law and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Gray is admitted to practice before various courts, including the United States Circuit Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 4th Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Western District of New York, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all intermediate Pennsylvania courts.

Mr. Gray practices before various federal and state administrative agencies in connection with his Transportation Law practice, including the United States Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.

Mr. Gray also practices before various federal and state administrative agencies in connection with his Labor and Employment Law practice, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.

Mr. Gray has defended discrimination, wrongful discharge and other employment claims in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and counsels employers in connection with matters such as terminations, employment policies and wage and hour issues.
