Since its founding in 1951, transportation law has been one of the cornerstones of Vuono & Gray, LLC, for which our firm has gained national recognition.

Vuono & Gray, LLC counts among its clients large shippers (users) of transportation and various providers of property and passenger transportation services.

The firm has extensive experience practicing before the former Interstate Commerce Commission; the U. S. Department of Transportation, including the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the Federal Railroad Administration and the Surface Transportation Board; and various state transportation agencies, including the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.

Serves as special counsel to other law firms in cases involving transportation matters

Prepares, negotiates and/or critically analyzes documents, including:
- Shipping documents
- Transportation contracts including railroad, motor carrier, broker, logistics providers
- Tariff rules and regulations (Interpretation)
- Owner-operator and fleet owner agreements
- Equipment leases
- Inter-carrier agreements
- Logistics agreements
- Customs documents
