Upon the loss of a loved one, you may be called upon to act as a fiduciary to ensure that your loved one’s wishes will be met. Vuono & Gray, LLC has extensive experience in probate and estate administration and will help guide you through the sometimes confusing and overwhelming process. We are licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Florida and can assist in estate administrations in both states.
Our firm will provide thoughtful and efficient counsel throughout the administration process, including the following:
- Analyze the Estate’s assets and prepare a tailored plan of administration
- Provide direction and assistance to Executors, Administrators, Personal Representatives and Trustees
- Collect assets and distribute to appropriate beneficiaries
- Advise on tax matters, including inheritance, federal estate, gift and income taxes
- Negotiate with creditors of the Estate
- Prepare and file all necessary court documents, including petitions, notices, inventories and accountings
- Prepare and file all necessary tax filings, including inheritance and estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns
- Assist in the sale or transfer of real estate and other assets
- Negotiate and prepare family settlement agreements, receipts and releases and other final distribution documents
- Resolve will and trust conflicts, claims and disputes including representing personal representatives, beneficiaries and fiduciaries before the Pennsylvania Orphans Court
